Culture
At Granby, we promote a growth mindset culture, based on the work of teacher and psychologist, Carol Dweck. She says: "Growth mindset is where pupils understand that their talents and abilities can be developed through effort, good teaching and persistence ... they believe everyone can get smarter if they work at it." This is summarised in our school vision that every child will believe "You can!"
