In May 2018, the new EU General Data Protection Regulations [GDPR] came into force in the UK. Under these regulations, schools are their own data controllers and are responsible for their own data protection compliance. At Granby, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer [DPO] to provide us with expert advice and guidance with our responsibilities in relation to GDPR.
