What is PE and Sport Premium?
PE and Sport Premium is a government subsidy provided to state-maintained schools in England. It is intended to fund additional and sustainable improvements to the provision of PE and sport and to encourage the development of healthy, active lifestyles. Eligible schools receive an annual grant of £16,000 plus an additional payment of £10 per pupil in Years 1 to 6.
Impact of PE and Sport Premium in 2021-22
Schools who receive PE and Sport Premium are required to publish details of how this has been spent by 31st July of the academic year in which it was allocated. PE and Sport Premium Allocation for 2022-23
