  • Cross Country

    A fantastic afternoon at cross country! We are massively proud of all the Year 4, 5 and 6 children who competed. A special well done to our 1st place and 2nd place prize winners and to all those who qualified for the next round, as well as to those who had never done anything like this in their life before and showed real grit and determination to run the whole way and not give up.

  • Special Menu for Rosh Hashanah

    On Monday 26th September, our school kitchen will be serving up a special menu in honour of Rosh Hashanah: the Jewish New Year.  We hope that all children who have a hot meal will enjoy sampling some traditional Jewish food and enjoy taking part in this special celebration.  We are looking forward to lots of different foods on special days across the school year.

  • Pupil Progress Evenings

    Our autumn term pupil progress evenings are on Tuesday 11th and Thursday 13th October from 3:30pm to 7:00pm. This is an opportunity for you to meet your child's teacher to discuss their learning and look at their books. Our new caterer will also be providing a sample menu for you to try.     The pupils, staff and governors of Granby Primary School would like to express our deep gratitude to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for her 70 years of faithful service and to send our sincere condolences to the Royal Family at this sad time.

  • Year 6 Residential Trip to Mount Cook

    Mon 05 Sep 2022 Mr Cross

    Our Year 6 children set off on their residential trip to Mount Cook Adventure Centre in Derbyshire this morning. We have had confirmation that they have arrived safely and settled into their accommodation. An afternoon of orienteering lies ahead. We look forward to hearing all about their adventures when they return to school!
